摘要
有氧耐力是人体长时间进行有氧工作的能力。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,就定向越野选项教学与田径选项教学学生有氧耐力,即从学生心肺功能、中长跑能力等方面来进行对比分析,并就学生对这二项选项课的赞同情况作了相关调查。结果显示:定向越野选项教学对学生有氧耐力提高较好,学生对定向越野选项教学赞成率高。
Aerobic capacity is the capacity which people use a long time to do the aerobic work. This essay uses the methods of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to contrast and analyse the foot - ori- enteering option course and track and field option course, that is, from the students' cardiopulmonary function and middle - distance race capability to have a contradistinctive analysis. In the meantime I have a correlative investigation of the students' agreement of these two courses. The result shows that foot- ori- enteering option course has a better effect on improving the students' aerobic capacity, and the students prefer foot - orienteering option course.
