摘要
针对某燃煤热电厂供热增容和节能改造要求,通过分析运行数据和热力计算,提出了通过降低给水温度利用原回热抽汽直接供热的增容改造方案,采取增加可控壁温式换热器和锅炉尾部省煤器改造的措施,达到了锅炉节能降耗的目的,使锅炉热效率提高1.9%,供热量明显增加。
Aiming at the requirement of a coal-fired power plant on heating capacity improvement and energy conservation, a retrofit plan has been proposed based on analysis of operating data and thermodynamic calculation, which realizes heating capacity improvement by decreasing the temperature of feed water and adopting the original regenerative extraction steam to supply heat directly, and achieves the energy saving and consumption reduction purpose through measures of adding a wall temperature- controllable heat exchanger and upgrading the economizer at the rear of the boiler. Via the retrofit, the boiler thermal efficiency is improved by 1.9%, while the heat supply capability increased significantly.
