摘要
扼要介绍PCR技术原理和采用该技术鉴别牛胚胎性别操作程序 ,对影响该技术雌雄判定率、受胎率因素进行了综合分析探索。
The principle and operating specifications of PCR method for sex identification of cattle embryo were introduced and the factors influence sex identification rate and concepting percentage were analyzed.
