摘要
秘书的职业能力培养关乎着文秘专业学生的职业成长,在传统的教育教学中,秘书职业能力更重视培养的过程,对培养结果的考核与评价,缺少体系性的综合研究。本文针对秘书的职业特点,改变传统的考核方式,建立秘书职业能力考核评价机制,并使考核评价机制成为指导性的理念与体系建设,为学生职业能力的可持续发展打下基础,也为用人单位对毕业生使用提供参考。
Secretary professional ability training is related with secretarial career growth of students,in traditional teaching,secretarial career should pay more attention to training,examination and evaluation of the culture results,the lack of a com-prehensive study of the nature of the system.In this paper,the Secretary of the occupational characteristics,to change the tra-ditional assessment methods,the establishment of the secretary professional competence appraisal mechanism and appraisal mechanisms become the guiding philosophy of the system construction,to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the students' professional ability,but also provide reference for the graduates.
