摘要
郑州市现有秘书人员具有年轻化 ,道德操守良好 ,学历层次居中及涉外知识、创新意识不足等特点。而新时期秘书则必须具备科学的知识结构 ,开放的思维方式 ,较强的交往能力 ,较高的道德修养和独特的个性魅力。提高郑州市秘书人员素质需从提高领导认识 ,改良秘书教育 ,建立秘书考评制度 ,短期培训等方面努力。
The available secretary in Zhengzhou is characterized by young, moral, with secondary educational background but lacking of foreign knowledge and innovation. However secretary in the new era is required to have scientific knowledge structure, opening mode of thinking, good communication ability and attractive personality. In order to raise the quality of secretary in Zhengzhou, much work should be done such as raising leaders' understanding level, improving secretary education, setting up test system and strengthening the short training.
