Edible canna has good market potential.This paper introduced high quality and high-yielding cultivation techniques of edible canna,including cultivar selection,soil selection,ploughing and soil preparation,seedling propagation,planting in suitable time,field management,water management,control of diseases and pests,harvest and processing.
