浅谈PDC锚杆钻头失效原因及改进对策 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,以聚晶金刚石复合片(polycrystalline diamond compact,PDC)为切削刃的新型锚杆钻头发展迅速,逐步取代了传统的锚杆钻头,但是作为新兴的发展迅速的地质钻探工具,PDC锚杆钻头也出现了良莠不齐、质量不稳定的现象,PDC锚杆钻头的制造和使用也缺乏针对性的系统研究和理论指导。文章对长期以来PDC锚杆钻头在使用过程中的各种失效现象进行了总结和系统的分析,并有针对性的提出了改进的对策。 Nowadays,the new type anchor bits using polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) as cutting edge has rapidly developed in the anchor bits markets,which has replaced the traditional anchor bits gradually.However,PDC anchor bits also showed unstable performance.In addition,there is no relative systematic research and theoretical guidance in manufacture and use of PDC anchor bits.In this paper,several kinds of losing efficacy phenomenon were summarized and analyzed systematically,and the relative improved countermeasures were proposed.
