摘要
介绍了国内外聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)的研究与应用进展情况,阐述了PDC的合成方法和机理,并对PDC的耐热性能、PDC的强度、Co的均匀扩散以及金刚石表面石墨化和晶粒异常长大等问题进行了分析讨论,最后展望了PDC材料的发展趋势。
The researches and applications of polycrystalline diamond compacts （PDC） at home and abroad were presented. The synthetic method and mechanism of PDC were described. Some analyses and discussions were made of the properties of heat resistance, strength, uniform diffusion of Co, graphitization process of diamond surface and abnormal diamond grain growth. Finally, the development trend of PDC was prospected.
