摘要
存在主义是西方社会的重要哲学思潮,而存在主义教育思潮则是存在主义哲学在教育领域中的深刻体现。在高校德育中,存在主义教育思潮既有值得借鉴的合理内核,又需要对消极部分进行改造和超越。要通过学生个性培养与社会发展需求相结合的德育目标的确立,理论讲授与沟通对话互补的德育方法的完善,教师主导作用与学生主体作用同步的师生关系的培养,真正建构符合中国现实状况的德育体系。
Existentialism is an important philosophical concept in Western society and existential educational thought is the reflection of the existential philosophy embodied in the field of education. In moral education, there is the rational core of the ideas of education worth learning, but also needs to transform and transcend the negative part. The perfect combination of moral education and social development needs of the target established by the students'individuality, the theory in the teaching of communication and dialogue complementary methods of moral education, synchronous teacher-student relationship in teacher-led and student body training, realize the real construction of the moral education system in line with our realities.
