摘要
目的研究CD166及Ki67在食管癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测CD166和Ki67在食管癌中的表达,分析其与临床及病理各参数的相关性。结果食管癌组织中CD166蛋白表达的总阳性率为76.19%。其表达率在性别和年龄上无明显区别,但是在肿瘤浸润、分化程度以及淋巴结转移方面有着明显的差异。CD166蛋白表达与Ki67蛋白表达一致性一般。结论 CD166和Ki67的表达与食管癌的恶性程度以及侵袭、转移程度相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD166 and Ki67 protein in esophageal cancer,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods CD166 and Ki67 protein expression were evaluated in the tissues of 46 human esophageal cancer by using immunohistochemistry.The relationship between theirs clinical and pathological parameters was analyzed.Results The total positive rate of CD166 protein in the tissues of esophageal cancer was 76.19%.The result showed that there was no significant difference of expression rate between gender and age,but has significant difference between primary tumor invasion,differentiation and metastasis of lymphnodes.Consistency of CD166 and Ki67 protein expression is comparatively ordinary.Conclusion Expressions of CD166 and Ki67 were related to the degree of malignancy,invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer.
