摘要
电煤供应链碳排放的测度标准对控制电煤供应链的碳排放具有重要意义。本文以电煤供应链为研究对象,给出了电煤供应链的概念及典型结构并分析了各环节碳排放与成本的关系。指出了碳排放强度指标评价电煤供应链减排效果的不足,并引入成本要素,以《2006年IPCC指南》为测算基础,构建了电煤供应链的碳排放量与成本关系的碳排放经济测度模型。模型从理论上统一了电煤供应链构成企业的碳排放测定标准,为电煤供应链不同企业设定统一碳排放减排指标提供了依据。
Measurement of carbon emissions' standard of thermal coal supply chain is very important to the control of carbon emissions.This paper studies the thermal coal supply chain,offers its definition and typical structures and analyzes the relationship between the carbon emission and the cost in every segment.It also elaborates on some defects of the evaluation system in measuring and reducing emission.Finally,the paper introduces the cost elements and builds a Carbon Emission Economic Measurement(CEEM) model manifesting the amount of carbon emission and their cost based on measurement method of "2006 IPCC Guidelines".The model standardizes not only a measurement of carbon emissions but also a carbon emission index for different thermal coal supply enterprises.
