分析了我国煤炭行业实行供应链管理的必要性和我国煤炭行业供应链的特点,构建了以煤炭生产为核心的煤炭行业供应链结构模型,概述了我国煤炭行业供应链管理的主要内容体系。
This article analyzes the necessity of implementing supply chain management in China's coal sector and the characters of the supply chain of the coal sector of China. The article also presents a structural model of China's coal sector supply chain with coal production as its core and also gives a brief account of the major tasks in the supply chain management of China's coal industry.
