摘要
当前时期,高校毕业生面临着日益严峻的就业困境,加强对于大学生就业的良好指导,不仅可以帮助大学生及时地参加工作,还能够使其在就业初期积极地实现由学生到职员的角色转换,从而推动其在职业生涯中的良好发展。因此,新时期,高校必须加强对符合时代需求的完善的就业指导体系的构建力度。本文则通过分析当前时期的就业环境对就业指导体系的需求,谈论了高校构建优质的就业指导体系的相关策略,希望可以为相关的就业指导教师提供一定的帮助。
In current period,college graduates face increasingly severe employment trouble,strengthen college students＇ employment guidance for the good,it can not only help students in time to attend work,also can make the initial actively realize in employment by the student to staff the role transformation,so as to promote the development of the good in his career.Therefore,the new period,colleges must speed up to meet the demand of the times of perfect employment guidance system construction strength.This paper,through the analysis of the current employment environment on employment guidance system needs to talk about the construction of high quality universities employment guidance system of relevant strategies,hope to provide some help for related employment guidance teachers.
