摘要
对新时期高校就业指导工作的现状以及存在的问题进行深入的分析,提出了转变传统的就业指导工作观念,树立开展全程化的就业指导工作的理念;加强学生就业指导队伍建设,建立一支观念新、业务精的就业指导队伍;改革就业指导模式,提高就业指导的针对性和实效性;建立高效的职业生涯规划指导信息系统,提高人才资源配置的水平等措施,以促进我国高等教育持续快速健康发展以及人才强国战略的实施。
