摘要
我国幼儿教育正面临着史无前例的良好发展态势,幼儿园不断增建,幼儿教师队伍逐渐壮大,幼儿教师队伍构成日趋复杂化,幼儿教师的师德问题也引起人们的广泛关注。本文首先从职业满意度、职业目的、职业动力、工作热爱度、工作尽职情况、职业自主性等方面对幼儿教师师德现状展开调查,其次对幼儿教师师德问题进行了归因分析,最后从幼儿园和政府两方面出发,提出了幼儿教师师德建设的基本策略。
Our early childhood education is facing unprecedented good momentum of development,and constantly build more kindergartens,the burgeoning of child care teachers,early childhood teachers constitute become more complex,the kindergarten teachers of ethics also attracted widespread attention.Firstly,to investigate child care teachers in the status quo in terms of career satisfaction,career objective,occupation force,the work of love,the work of due diligence,occupational autonomy,etc.,followed by preschool teachers' morals attribution analysis,and finally put forward basic strategy of child care teachers from kindergarten and government two aspects.
