摘要
新月派和余光中之间有着密切的传承关系,余光中是在"新月"的光照中登上诗坛的。余光中接受了新月派所秉持的自由主义文艺观,强调自由、人性在文学实践中的重要作用并以此来建构文学理论,规范文学创作;余光中还接受了新月派所倡导的"理性"文学精神,并从创作主体和接受客体两个角度对之加以发展完善,以此在主客体的距离中找到更富有蕴藉与内涵的诗美;面对新月派"新诗格律化"的创作主张,余光中提出了"形式第二义"的见解,这是在闻一多"三美"诗观基础上的一个重大的理论发展,而这些理论建构已经在某种程度上解决了新月派由于过分重视格律而带来的束缚思想与诗体僵化的现实困境,从而在新诗诗体方面完成了对新月派的超越。
There exists a relationship of inheritance from the one to the other between the Crescent School and Yu Kuangchung, for Mr. Yu boarded Parnassus under the bright light of the "the Crescent". He accepted not only the school' s outlook of liberalism in art and literature, which highlights the significance of liberty and humanity in literary practice to construct literary theories and to formalize literary creations ; but also the literary spirit of "rationality" the Crescent had been advocating and perfected it from the two angles of subject and object in creation, so as to explore poetic beauty with far more inner essence between the distance of the above two perspectives. Faced with "metrical pattern of poetry", the creative idea of the Crescent School, he defined the theory that "form is the second", which has contributed to great developments of theories based on the poetic outlook of Wen Yiduo "three beauties". With these constructive theories, Yu has, to some degree, overcome the realistic predicaments of thinking restriction and poetic rigidity, resulting from the School' s overemphasis on meters, thus surpassing the Crescent School in poetic style of the new poetry.
