摘要
白癜风是一种黑色素脱失的难治性皮肤病,属于中医白癜及白斑等范畴,自古以来,用药纷繁多样,其辨证思路竞说纷纭。以从五脏论治,从风论治,从气血论治,从瘀论治,从色论治,从寒论治等为主辨证论治思路在内科和外科治疗中收验颇丰,是历年来白癜风辨证论治的主要策略,对其进行归纳、概括,全面而系统的分析,将有助于医家全面参考和借鉴。
Vitiligo is a kind of melanin deleted and refractory dermatoses and was belong to leukoplakia in Traditional Chinese Medi cine.Differentiating zheng threads and medicines in treatment of vitiligo are various and diversify.Zheng differentiation-treatment built on viscera,winds,qi and blood,haemostasis,five colours and cold theory had gained satisfactory curative effect in medicine and surgery.All were main strategy of Vitiligo treated in past many years.It is help to consultion for doctor that these messages were roundly and sys tematically analyzed,induced and summarized.
