摘要
白癜风是一种常见的色素减退性皮肤病,临床表现为皮肤出现大小不等的圆形或不规则白斑,边界清晰,边缘色素较深,易诊而难治。现代医学认为本病主要与自身免疫、黑素细胞自身破坏及神经化学因子有关[1]。中医学对白癜风认识主要有以下三方面：
Based on the main Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） pathogenesis and patterns of syndrome of vitiligo,its clinical compound experimental study were summarized,and the experimental research progresses were also discussed in this paper,furthermore,prospects of research on vitiligo of clinical compound were preliminary proposed.
