磁共振波谱分析测得颞叶癫痫患者代谢物浓度改变的意义

摘要
颞叶癫痫(temporal lobe epilepsy,TLE)是最常见的部分性癫痫,以复杂部分性发作为主。约30%的TLE患者经药物治疗难以控制,需要行手术治疗。因此,明确致痫灶具有极其重要的意义。目前临床上进行定位的检查方法有脑电图(EEG)、磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层摄影(PET)、单光子发射断层摄影(SPECT)等。
