摘要
目的通过比较不同年龄段正常人海马区磁共振质子波谱(1H-MRS)的差异,探讨正常人群随年龄增长其脑代谢功能的变化。方法采用1.5TMR I对60例正常人进行1H-MRS检查,检测双侧海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸复合物(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)与肌酸(Cr)的比值。结果青年组和中年组相比脑海马的NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr比值无明显改变,但青年组与老年组及中年组与老年组相比脑海马的NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值有明显的差异。结论正常人随年龄的增长可能会出现双侧海马区功能紊乱,从而导致脑部功能退化1。H-MRS可以为正常人随年龄改变所导致的海马区脑代谢物的变化提供一种有效的检测手段。
Objective It is to compare the differences in wave spectrum of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) in hippocampus among normal people of different ages to explore the changes of their brain function.Methods 1H-MRS of 60 cases of normal people were detected by 1.5T MRI and relative values of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr in both hippocampuses were detected.Results There was no significant difference in ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr between young group and middle-aged group,but there were significant differences in ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr between young group and elderly group.The same results were also found between middle-aged group and elderly group.Conclusion Disordered hippocampal metabolism may arrive in normal people along with their age growing,which could possibly thus accelerate the degradation of brain function.1H-MRS could provide an effectual mean for detecting metabolites of hippocampus which were caused by the changes of age in normal people.
