摘要
在对薄板式滚筒烘丝机工艺参数进行优化之前,须了解薄板式烘丝机工艺参数之间的关系,因此建立薄板式烘丝机工艺参数之间的相关性方程,探讨了薄板式烘丝机工艺参数之间的相关性。结果表明:①在空机运行情况下,排潮风门开度与排潮室负压、排潮管道风速及烘丝机入口热风风速具有线性相关关系,在过料情况下,排潮风门开度与排潮室负压具有线性相关关系,排潮风门开度与筒壁温度无线性相关关系;②热风入口风门开度与排潮室负压及入口热风管道风速具有线性相关关系,热风入口风门开度及热风温度与筒壁温度不具有线性相关系(或相关性不显著);③热风温度与热风蒸汽薄膜阀开度开度具有(正)的线性相关关系,烘丝筒壁工作蒸汽压力与筒壁温度具有线性相关关系。
The relationship of process parameters of a plate drier should be understood when optimized its process parameters. Therefore a correlation equation of the process parameters of thin plate drier was established to discussed the correlation of the process parameters. The results showed as follow. (1) in idle driving conditions, exhaust damper opening degree and the moisture discharging chamber negative pressure, moisture exhausting pipeline wind speed and wind dryer hot air entrance showed linear relationship; in feeding situations, exhaust damper opening degree and the moisture discharging chamber negative pressure had linear relationship, exhaust damper opening degree and cylinder wall temperature had no linear relationship; (2) the hot air entrance door opening and dehumidifying chamber pressure and entrance of hot blast pipe wind had linear relationship, hot air entrance throttle opening and the air temperature and the temperature of the tube wall showed no linear relationship (or no significant correlation); (3) the air temperature and the air steam film valve opening had a (positive) linear correlation, drying cylinder wall working steam pressure and the temperature of the tube wall had a linear correlation.
