摘要
运动员的主要活动是参加比赛,运动员在体育赛事中的权利应当受到保护。运动员在赛事中的相对人是组织方,权利主要体现在与组织方之间的关系中。运动员与赛事组织方之间的关系为平等的民事法律关系,运动员的权利主要包括参加比赛、公平比赛、安全比赛、退出比赛、获得奖励的权利和人格权。同时,运动员的权利受到主要来自义务、规则和道德等方面的限制。在运动员权利遭受侵犯时,可以采用私力、社会和公力等救济手段。
Participating in the competition is the main activities of athletes. Therefore, athletes＇ rights in sports events should be protected. Highly relative with athletes in events are organizers, so their rights mainly are reflected in the relationship with organizations. The relationship between athletes and event organizers is defined as the equal civil legal relations. The rights of athletes mainly include participating in competition, fair play, playing safely, being out of the race, being accessible to a- warding as well as personality rights. Meanwhile, the restrictions of rights mainly come from the obligations, rules and ethical codes. When the rights are to be violated, the athletes can resort to means of self - reliance, social and public forces etc
