摘要
基于对不可压缩流体流过孔板基本代数方程组的分析,自主开发了孔板流量计流场的数值模拟软件.详细分析软件收敛的条件,并给出了在层流和湍流条件下流出系数的计算结果.不仅将在湍流条件下的数值模拟结果与国际标准化组织(ISO)数据进行对比,同时,还将在层流条件下的数值模拟结果与试验数据进行对比.对比结果表明:在层流条件下,计算结果误差可控制在3%以内;而在湍流条件下,计算结果的误差可控制在2%以内.
Based on the analysis of basic algebraic equations for incompressible fluid passing through the orifice plate flow meter, a numerical simulation software of the flow field for orifice plate flow meter was developed. The convergence conditions of the software were analyzed in details, discharge coefficients of the laminar flow conditions and the turbulent flow conditions were calculated. Then, calculated results were compared with the ISO data as well as the experimental data. The comparison results show that in laminar flow condition, the calculation error can be controlled within 3%, while in the turbulence condition, the calculation error can be controlled within 2%.
