二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血脂影响的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血脂的影响。方法:初发2型糖尿病患者160例根据入院顺序平分为治疗组与对照组各80例,两组都采用格列齐特缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用二甲双胍治疗。结果:治疗组血糖达标时间为(13.63±1.24)d,对照组血糖达标时间为(14.82±2.12)d,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组TG、TC、LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后上述指标都有明显下降(P<0.05),同时两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍应用于糖尿病的治疗能在保持血糖控制的基础上降低血压,值得推广应用。
