摘要
通过实验对目前我国民用建筑中常用的普通电线处于过载状态下的烟气释放规律进行了初步的研究。讨论了过载电流、导体材料、标称截面和电线软硬类型等条件对电线过载时烟气释放规律的影响。结果表明,电线处于过载状态时,其绝缘材料的烟气释放量随着过载电流的增大而增大;相比铝芯电线,相同线径的铜芯电线在过载时其绝缘材料更容易热解而释放有毒烟气;线径小的电线在过载时更容易产生热量聚积而导致发烟,火灾危险性更大;处于过载状态时,相同线径的软线比硬线更容易产生有毒烟气。
In this paper, the law of smoke release of cables under overload condition that frequently occurred in civil buildings was studied. The influence of overload current, conductor material, nominal sectional area, and the hardness of the cable on smoke release was discussed. It was found that the amount of smoke increaed with the increase of overload current. More smoke generated from copper-core-wires than aluminum counterpart with the same diameter. The cables with smaller diameter and soft core were easier to release smoke than those with larger diameter and hard core.
