Inner tank leak source model of full-containment LNG storage tank

摘要 基于实际工程设计工作的需要,研究了全容式LNG储罐内罐泄漏动态过程的特点,建立了描述内罐泄漏动态过程的泄漏源模型,推导了基于泄漏孔位置的泄漏液体液位高度与泄漏持续时间关系的方程。以某16×104m3的LNG储罐为例,进行了不同泄漏工况的计算与分析,结果表明:全容式LNG储罐内罐泄漏最不利的情况是内罐底部出现破裂,此时,液体泄漏到环形空间的时间最短。 Based on the demand of field project design, researches on characteristics of inner tank leak dynamic process of full-containment LNG storage tank are made to build a leak source model describing the inner tank leak dynamic process and derive the equation of relationship between leak liquid level height and leak duration based on the position of leak hole. A 16×104 m3LNG storage tank is taken as an example to make calculations and analysis under different operating conditions. The results show that the worst condition of the full-containment LNG storage tank inner leak is the cracking at the bottom, where there is the shortest time from liquid leak to annular space.
