摘要
LNG储罐作为天然气能源的主要储存设备,建造数量日益增多,一旦发生火灾爆炸事故,将带来严重的后果,安全问题不容忽视,因此,对LNG储罐安全问题的相关研究非常重要。系统地讨论了LNG储罐冷却方式及流程;从材料的合理选择、充注方式、基础设计方法、消防方式探究了LNG储罐的安全防护;研究了不同情况下LNG储罐应选取的安全检测方式。同时,总结了LNG储罐的道化学火灾爆炸危险指数法、过程决策程序图评价法以及模糊理论和灰色关联分析评价法的基本原理,并且通过实际案例验证了方法的准确性。
As the main storage equipment of natural gas,there is an increasing number of LNG(liquefied natural gas) tank and severe consequences will be caused once fire explosion occurs.The safety issue shall not be ignored.Therefore,it is important to perform research on safety issue of LNG low temperature tanks.Firstly,the cooling technology and process of LNG storage is analyzed.Secondly,the safety protection of LNG storage tanks is discussed,respectively from the selection of materials,filling method,foundation design and fire protection.The methods for safety detection of LNG tanks under different conditions are discussed.Finally,the fundamental principles of Dow's index of fire,process decision program chart method,fuzzy theory and grey relational analysis are summarized with accuracy verified by actual cases.
