摘要
建立了烟草中40种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。样品用乙腈提取后过TPT固相萃取小柱进行净化,在气质联用仪上采用选择离子检测(SIM)模式进行测定。该方法在0.05~1μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,基质混合标准曲线相关系数在0.993~0.999之间,各农残组分回收率均在74.7%~113.1%之间,RSD在0.6%~9.4%之间。各农药组分的检测限(LOD)在0.006~0.027μg/g之间,定量限(LOQ)在0.018~0.045μg/g之间。该方法的灵敏度、准确性和精密度均符合农残检测技术的要求。
An analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 40 pesticides in tobacco using GC/MS. Tobacco samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned by solid-phase extraction(SPE) , and then were determined by GC/MS using selected ion monitoring (SIM)mode. Good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.05 - 1 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients of 0. 993 to 0. 999. All the pesticides had mean recoveries of 74. 7% - 113.1% with stable values among the lower, middle and higher concentrations. The limits of detection (LOD) were in the range of 0. 006 -0. 027 μg/g, while the limits of quantitation (LOQ) were in the range of 0. 018 -0. 045 μg/g. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements for the analysis of multiple pesticide residues in tobacco.
