摘要
建立了涂料中6种常见邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的GC-MS测定方法。以正己烷为萃取溶剂超声萃取涂料中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)的选择离子检测方式(SIM)进行检测。6种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性相关系数r>0.99,回收率在83%~107%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.9%~8.4%。方法简便、快速,适合于涂料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of six phthalate acid esters in coatings by GC-MS was developed. Phthalate acid esters in coatings were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with hexane as the solvent, and then the extracts were tested by the Selective Ion Monitoring Mode of GC-MS. The regression coefficients (r) of six phthalate acid esters were over 0.99. The recoveries varied 83%-107%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged 3.9%- 8.4%. The method was suitable for determining phthalate acid esters in coatings.
