摘要
学术之"道"、治学之"法"和著文之"术"是"研究方法与论文写作"课程教学的三个价值维度。该课程教学首先是要培养学生的学术道德和对学术的敬畏之心。学术研究的本质是创造新知,硕士生治学起码应做到不抄袭别人,不人云亦云,尽可能有所创新,有所发现。研究方法是发现新现象、新事物,或提出新理论、新观点,揭示事物内在规律的手段,教学中应坚持"传统与现代的统一"(旧学与新学的统一)、"中学与西学的统一"的原则,不能囿于学科特点而过于功利化,否则不利于学生拓展学术视野,更无益于学术创新。学术论文是研究成果的重要载体,也是一个人学术水平的重要标志,教学中应加强学术论文写作技巧、写作规范的训练。
The value dimensions of teaching in the course "Research Methodology and Academic Paper Writing" exhibit three aspects: academic morality, research methods and writing technique. The course "Research Method- ology and Academic Paper Writing" should take as its first aim fostering postgraduates' academic morality and rev- erence for academic research. The nature of academic research is to contribute new knowledge to the world, thus postgraduates should not plagiarize or follow the herd. Instead, they should take pains to make innovations and dis- coveries. Research methods help to discover new phenomena and things, to put forward new theories and opinions, and to reveal the innate nature of all objects. In this sense, the teaching of this course should persist in the combi- nation of tradition and modernity ( i. e. old and new approaches) and the combination of Chinese learning and western learning, and should avoid utilitarianism bred by the characteristics of this course, which will contribute to postgraduates' academic innovations. It is well known that academic papers are the important carrier of scientific research, and a vital sign of a scholar' s academic level. Therefore, the teaching of this course should pay close attention to the practice of writing technique and norms in an academic paper.
