摘要
通过对花洒手柄塑件结构的工艺分析,介绍了该塑件注塑模具的设计要点与难点,重点阐述了成型零件、浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、脱模机构、冷却系统、模架等主要结构的设计思路。生产实践证明,该模具结构合理、动作可靠、操作方便。
Based on the process analysis of shower handle structure, the design key points and difficulties of the shower handle injection mould were introduced; the design ideas of the main structures, such as moulding part, gating system, side core-pulling mechanism, demoulding mechanism, cooling system and mould base, were elaborated. The practical production proves that the core. pulling mechanism structure is reasonable, reliable in action, and convenient for operation.
