摘要
对淋浴花洒手柄塑件进行了工艺分析,介绍了该塑件注塑模具的设计要点,重点阐述了其注塑模具弧形内孔抽芯机构的组成部分与设计思路。生产实践证明该抽芯机构结构合理动、作可靠、操作方便。
The key points during designing of the shower handle injection mold were introduced based on the technological analysis of shower handle structure.The components and design ideas of the curved-bore core-pulling mechanism of the injection mold were elaborated.The practical production proves that the core-pulling mechanism is reasonable,reliable in action,and convenient for operation.
