摘要 介绍一种结构新颖的铁路货车超限测量系统,该测量系统以单台激光雷达作为测量核心,利用工控机进行数据处理和控制,用数码照相机进行辅助监视,建立分析了超限数据的智能化软件系统,实现了货车装载状况和超限等级的快速精确测量,为铁路承运大型货物提供了新的检测手段,解决了铁路运输装载超限状况的快速检测问题。实验表明,该测量系统能成功检测装载超限数据,测量结果精确可信。 This paper introduced the Railway Wagon Out-of-gauge Measurement System with novel structure. This System took unit set of laser radar as the measurement core, used industrial controls computer for the data processing and the control, and used digital camera for auxiliary surveillance, set up an intelligent software system to analysis out-of-gauge data, implement the fast precision measuring for the charge of trucks condition and out-of-gauge grade, provided new detecting means for the large-sized and out-of-gauge freight rail transport, solved the rapid measurement question for the out-of-gauge of railway freight transport. Test results showed that this System could detect the data of out-of-gauge successfully, and the measurement result was precisely credible.
