摘要
提出了一种铁路货车装载尺寸超限自动测量的新技术。该技术利用计算机获取行进中的铁路货车的图像,实时提取货车的外形轮廓,并按照摄影测量原理解算货车的宽度和高度,根据铁路运输规范判断货车车厢尺寸是否超限。利用该技术设计制作的测试系统的具有很高的测量响应速度和较高的测量精度,达到铁路货车超限测量系统设计要求。
A new auto-measurement technology for railway wagon loading size was introduced in the paper. This technology uses computer to capture image of moving train and extract the wagon contour from the image in real time, and calculate the height and width of wagon based the principles of photogrammetry, then judge if the wagon outline intrudes the circumscriptions based the criterion of railway transportation. The testing measurement system designed by this technology can achieve high response speed and high accuracy, and can be satisfied with the requirement of railway wagon measurement system.
