摘要
作为一种高速旋转机械,离心式压缩机广泛应用于冶金、石油化工等工业部门,而喘振造成的压缩机轴向低频大振幅周期性气流震荡却严重威胁离心压缩机系统的安全。研究采用可变极限流量法。当入口节流装置测得的差压值大于根据喘振模型计算得到的设定值时,放空阀关闭;反之则打开,通过流量补偿保证压缩机入口流量大于极限流量,从而防止压缩机喘振的发生。
In this paper,the variable limit flow control method is used.When the differential pressure value measured by the throttle device is greater than the set value calculated based on the surge model,the valve closes and it opens on the other-wise.It can be well guaranteed that the entrance flow is greater than the limitation and surge of compressor can be prevented effectively.
