一种新型结构风机设计及其性能测试

摘要 为满足工业领域对高压比、低流量风机的需求,设计了一种新型结构的小尺寸、高压比、低流量风机。该风机在结构上不同于轴向进风、轴向出风的轴流风机,也不同于轴向进风、径向出风的离心风机,而是采用了径向进风、径向出风的结构。文章对该风机的结构特点、工作原理进行了详细介绍,并对风机的流量和压力进行了初步测试。测试结果表明:该新型结构风机在叶轮直径为110 mm,电机转速为6000 r/min的工况下,极限压力可高达7.4 kPa,极限流量可高达226.69 L/min。 A new structure fan with small size, high pressure and low flow-rate is designed to meet the demands of industry. The fan has a new structure which is different from the structure of an axial fan or of a centrifugal fan. Generally, an axial fan takes in air along axial direction and exhausts air in the same direction, a centrifugal fan takes in air along axial direction but exhausts air along radial direction. The new type fan takes in air along radial direction and exhausts air along radial direction too. The structure and the principle of the fan are explained in detail. A series of tests of its performance(pressure and flow-rate) indicate that the new type fan has good performance. At a rotating speed of 6000 revolution per minute, the fan with impeller diameter of 110 mm can produce a maximum pressure of 7. 4 kPa and a maximum flow-rate of 226. 69 litre per minute.
