摘要
目的探讨中药升降汤对小儿慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(immune thrombocy-topenic purpura,ITP)血清TPO、TGF-β1、PAIgG的调控作用及临床疗效。方法选择2008年8月至2011年12月慢性ITP患儿44例,随机分为治疗组23例,对照组21例,设正常对照组13例。治疗组采用升降汤加泼尼松及辅助治疗,对照组用泼尼松及辅助治疗,检测治疗前后血清TPO、TGF-β1、PAIgG及疗效。结果 ITP患儿TPO、TGF-β1、PAIgG水平明显高于正常对照组,治疗后明显下降,治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);血小板恢复在治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论①小儿慢性ITP存在血小板调控机制紊乱;②升降汤可改善小儿慢性ITP的调控机制;③升降汤对ITP有肯定疗效。
Objective： To investigate the regulation of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） children who received Shengjiangtang by measuring the level of TPO,TGF-β1,PAIgG in the blood serum and to study the clinical effect.Methods： Forty-four cases were divided randomly into two groups（23 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group） during 3 years（2008.8-2011.12）.The treatment group received Shengjiangtang.The levels of TPO,GF-β1,PAIgG before and after therapy were compared.Results： The levels of TPO,TGF-β1,PAIgG of ITP children were higher than those of the normal group.After taking the Chinese medicine,the treatment group decreased obviously.Conclusion： The mechanism of thrombocyte disorders the regulation.Shengjiangtang has obvious effect on the ITP children.
