人力资源是企业兴衰的决定性因素 ,最大限度地调动起人力资源工作的积极性 ,企业两个文明的建设和企业目标的完成才有保障。介绍了鞍钢炼铁厂人力资源的测评分析过程及发现的问题 ,有针对性地提出了相应的开发对策。
Human resources are decisive factor about the enterprise rise and decline, so only when bringing people's initiative on human resources work into full play, the progress of both material and spiritual civilization of an enterprise and realization of an enterprise objective could be guaranteed. The article introduces the analysis process of human resources estimation and the problems discovered in AISC Ironmaking Plant, and based on which , puts forward a corresponding development countermeasure.
