摘要
目的了解铁路乘务员对艾滋病知识、态度、行为及需求现状,分析存在的问题,提出开展艾滋病知识宣传的对策。方法按照整群抽样原则随机抽取400名铁路乘务员填写自制的调查问卷表,用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果铁路乘务员对艾滋病知识知晓率达到86.3%,但是仍有部分乘务员对艾滋病传播途径存在错误的认识,艾滋病防治知识知晓率方面车厢服务员整体高于站台服务员和列检员。90%以上乘务员对艾滋病病毒感染者(患者)有正确的态度、行为。85%以上乘务员愿意成为艾滋病防治工作的志愿者,约有25.3%的列检员不愿意成为艾滋病防治工作的志愿者。91.4%的乘务员最希望了解艾滋病的防治措施,最希望通过广播方式获取艾滋病知识。结论艾滋病健康教育工作急待改进。将艾滋病教育列入岗前培训计划并给予课时保障、加强以预防为主的艾滋病教育和采取多种形式的宣传方法是解决问题的主要对策。
[Objective]To understand the railway crew members＇ knowledge,attitude,behavior and demand towards AIDS,to analyze the existed problem,and put forwards countermeasures of AIDS knowledge publicity.[Methods]In accordance with the method of cluster sampling,a random sample of 400 railway attendants was selected for self-designed questionnaire survey,the result was statistically analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software.[Results] The railway attendants＇ awareness rate of AIDS knowledge reached 86.3%.But the wrong understanding of AIDS transmission route still existed among some attendants.The overall awareness of cabin attendants was significantly higher than that of attendants on platform and conductors.More than 90% of attendants had correct attitude and behavior towards HIV-infected persons（patients）.Above 85% were willing to become AIDS volunteers,and about 25.3% of conductors were not willing to become AIDS volunteers.91.4% of the attendants most wanted to know about AIDS prevention and control measures via radio.[Conclusion]AIDS health education needs urgent improvements.AIDS education in the pre-job training program with enough academic hour,strengthening of the prevention of AIDS education and adopting various forms of propaganda are the main countermeasures for solving the problems.
