摘要
以技术性贸易措施(TMT)为切入点,通过研究中国输美产品受阻的状况及原因,提出有针对性的应对措施,从而达到规避美国TMT和促进产品出口的目的。研究表明,中国对美出口受阻的主要产品包括水产品、电气机械产品、医药制品、化工产品;中国对美出口受阻的主要原因有未经注册批准,限量超标以及不符合包装、标签及说明规定。据此提出相应的规避策略,从而有助于政府将更多的财力、精力投向受TMT影响严重的产业,更有针对性地规避美国TMT。
Taking technical measures to trade （TMT） as starting point, the situation and causes of block of product export to USA from China are studied, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed in order to elude TMT of USA and promote product export. The result shows that the haain products blocked during export to USA including aquatic products, electrical machinery products, medical products, chemical products. And the main causes of export block to USA from China includes lacking registration approval, exceeding content limits, and falling short of the rules of packaging, labeling and instruction. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed accordingly, in order to help government input more capital and energy to the industries which have severely been influenced by TMT and elude TMT of USA more correspondingly.
