摘要
本文通过分析揭示出我国所遭遇的技术性贸易壁垒的实质是其他国家采取的技术性贸易保护措施,而这些措施大部分是《TBT协定》所允许的。所以笔者认为要想减少技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响,必须建立有效途径获取国外技术性贸易壁垒的信息,同时尽快和国际标准接轨,积极参与国际标准化的制定。
In recent years, China has encountered a lot of technical barriers to trade and most of these measures are allowed in the TBT Agreement. To reduce the TBT on export trade, effective means must be established to get informarion on TBT. It is necessary for China to comply with international standards and participate in the formulation of international standardization.
