摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定七味胃痛胶囊中胡椒碱的含量,以有效控制该制剂胡椒碱的质量。方法:以InertsitC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um)为色谱柱;以甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相;检测波长343nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0ml·min-1。结果:胡椒碱进样量在4.275~85.52μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.6%(n=5),样品在24h内稳定。结论:本文建立的含量测定方法简捷快速,结果准确可靠,可用于七味胃痛胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of seven kinds of HPLC Weitong capsule of pipefine content, in older to effectively control the preparation of piperine quality. Methods: the Inertsit C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm,5um) is a chromatographic column; methanol - water(77:23 )as mobile; detection wavelength:343nm ; column temperature30 degrees Celsius; velocity 1.0ml· min^-1. Results:Pepper alkali amount of sample in the 4.275N85.52μg· ml^-1 within a good linear relationship (1=0.9998), the average recovery was 98.4%,RSD was 0.6%(n=5),the sample in the 24h stability.Conclusion: the established method of determination the content of simple and rapid, accurate and reliable resuhs, can be used for the quality control of seven flavor capsule for treating stomachache.
