荜茇宁对动脉粥样硬化家兔抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察荜茇宁对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔抗氧化酶类活性的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养家兔建立AS模型,给予高脂饲料的同时给予荜茇宁,连续60d。检测血清、肝脏和主动脉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并且测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,计算各组兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积比。结果:荜茇宁能提高AS家兔SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05),降低MDA(P<0.05),并且降低血清TC和LDL-C水平和主动脉斑块面积比(P<0.05)。结论:荜茇宁具有增强抗氧化酶活性、调节血脂作用,可预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。 Aim:To observe the effect of piperlonguminine on the anti-oxidase activities in experimental athemsclemsis rabbits. Methods:The atherosclerosis model rabbits were induced by feeding with the high-lipid diet for 60 days, during which feeding was accompanied by oral administration of piperlonguminine to the rabbits. Then the activities of supemxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT)and glutathione pemxidase (GSH-Px), as well as and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum, liver and aorta were assayed.The contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), lowdensity lipopmtein cholesterol (LDL-C) of rabbits in each of the groups were determined, and the area of rabbit aorta suffering from atheresclemsis plaque was measured. Results: Piperlonguminine increased the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px ( P 〈 0.05) ; reduced the content of MDA ( P 〈 0.05) ; and significantly lowered the sermn contents of TC and LDL-C as well as the area of lipid-plaqued aorta endothelium of rabbits (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Piperlongumi- nine could enhance the activities of anti-oxidase and modulate the serum lipid level, and it prevents the development of atherosclemsis in the model.
