摘要
雷击风险评估是开展综合防雷的必经程序,也是实现科学防雷的必要条件,体现了预防为主,防治结合的理念.以东莞市一加油站为案例,利用现有的雷电风险评估规范以及国际上先进的评估方法,结合项目的地理位置、周边环境及当地的雷电活动规律,对加油站的雷击风险进行量化分析,并在此基础上提出针对性的防护措施使加油站的雷击风险值降低到可接纳的范围内.在评估过程中,我们发现原有的国家防雷规范及标准基本采用一刀切的做法,针对性差,没能结合项目的基本特征和周围环境综合考虑,缺乏科学性,这些已经不能满足现代的防雷发展的需要,而雷击风险评估恰好能克服上面的所有弊端,因此对于一些重要项目、特殊性项目进行雷击风险评估是十分必要的.
Lightning risk assessment is a necessary process of integrated lightning protection,and the requirement of scientific lightning protection as well.It reflects the idea of stressing both prevention and management with emphasis placed on prevention.In this study a gas station in Dongguan was taken as an example to analyze its lightning risk with the existing assessment code and the advanced appraisal procedure of the world,integrating with its geographical position,surrounding environment and the law of local lightning so as to bring down the lightning risk to an acceptable range.During the process,we found some problems in current national codes and standards of China,which do not give enough consideration to the essential characteristics and surrounding environment of the projects.Such codes and standards,therefore,cannot meet the needs of modern lightning protection.Lightning risk assessment can solve such problems and,hence,is an absolutely necessary process for important and special projects.
