摘要
为探讨整体带筋壁板弯曲成形的可行性,采用力学分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了一端自由、一端约束的薄板失稳的力学条件。基于"能量法"给出了筋板失稳欧拉力的数学表达式。为带筋壁板弯曲成形规律的深入研究和成形工艺设计奠定了理论基础。
In order to explore the bending possibility of integral panel skin with rib, by combining the mechanical analysis and numerical simulation, the mechanical condition which makes one side of sheet is free and the other is restrained has been studied. The mathematic formula of Euler force for unstable rib has been put forward on the basis of "energy method". It provides theoretical basis for the further research of bending rule and design of forming process for panel with rib.
