摘要
对LC4薄壁盲底深筒形件的挤压成形进行了力学计算,通过速端图和变形刚性块的合理简化,运用上限法求解模具的受力状态,提出了该类零件的极限成形条件,并推导出该类零件简化后的工程参考计算方法。
The paper analyses the extrusion force of Aluminum alloy (LC4) tube workpiece with thin-wall in the process of extrusion forming. Using upper--bound method to solve the stress of die by deformation hodogragh and de formation rigid block, puts forward the limit forming condition of such parts and deduces the simplified engineering calculation method.
