摘要
近年来,护士之间的暴力现象(护护暴力)引起了国际上的广泛关注,在我国这一现象十分普遍,但目前相关的研究却很少。护护暴力威胁护士的身心健康,影响护理质量,导致护理差错事故增加和职业倦怠,从而加重护士短缺现象,严重影响健康的工作环境的建立。本研究介绍了护护暴力的概念和分类,旨在了解国内外护护暴力现状,探讨"零容忍"政策在护护暴力中的应用并提出具体建议。
Violence among nurses, which has aroused a widespread concern in international community in recent years, is very common in China. But very few related researches have been performed. The violence threats nurses＇ physical and mental health and quality of care to lead to more accidents, burnout and thus to aggravate the shortage of nurses. It has laid a seri ous impact on establishment of healthy working environment. This study introduces the concept of violence among nurses and clas sification to aim at a better understanding of its status quo in home and abroad and to explore the implement of ＂ zero tolerance＂ policy in violence among nurses.
