晚期食管癌的靶向治疗
Targeted Therapy of Advanced Esophageal Cancer
摘要
原发性食管癌包括鳞癌及腺癌两种，而食管胃交界处及远端胃癌几乎都属于腺癌。流行病学的研究指出，在过去的三十年，食管及胃交界处的腺癌以及食管腺癌发生率有所增加，而全球胃腺癌以及美国食管鳞癌发生率已有所降低。尽管人们对食管癌在诊断方法及治疗方式上进行了持续不断的研究，绝大多数患者预后及长期生存仍然不理想。
