摘要
介绍了轮对状态在线检测系统。其采用CCD(电荷耦合器件)摄像机获取激光照射在踏面上的图像,通过图像识别、特征提取、数据处理等,获取轮缘高度、轮缘厚度、轮对内侧距;采用激光位移传感器测量轮辋宽度、轮对直径;采用电磁超声探伤技术对轮对踏面及近表面缺陷进行探测,具有准确、实时、快速等特点,可满足车辆段修现场使用要求。
Abstract In this article the on-line detecting system of wheel-set state is described,CCD (charge-coupled device) camera is used to capture the image irradiating from the tread by laser irradiation. Through image recognition, feature collection and data processing, the wheel flange height and thickness, the distance between backs of wheel rims can be acquired. Laser displacement i sensor is used to measure the wheel felloe width and wheel diam- eter, while electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology is a- dopted to detect the defects on wheel tread or near the wheel surface. Because of the accuracy, real-time and repeatability, this method could meet the demands of wheel-set maintenance.
