摘要
介绍了电磁超声的原理及其在车轮踏面探伤中的应用,给出了回波定位的公式及缺陷判断的方法,对检测过程中存在的噪声问题提出了2种可行的解决方案。
The principle of the EMA and its application in detecting wheel treads, the method used to detect flaws and the formula of the echo location, are all introduced in this paper. Two feasible solutions to noise problem exiting in the detecting procedure are put forward.
